Turbo Tennis Membership Turbo Tennis Membership Turbo Tennis Membership is for the state school term. That means your spot is guaranteed for that period from when you purchase your session. Your place is only confirmed once full payment is received. Recurring payment makes it easier for members to continue the program from term to term, avoiding the possibility of losing their spot the following term. There are no makeup lessons. Your membership is non-transferable. The fee corresponds to this term only (Membership prices may vary each school term depending on the number of weeks in that school term.) As your membership is ongoing, you are enrolled until you cancel your membership by text or email- which must be done before the advertised date of enrolment. Lessons may only be discontinued at the end of the term, there are no refunds. Wash Out Policy We are “on" unless we text you informing you that we are washed out. Turbo Tennis has revamped its Flow of Energy/Wash Out system to encourage everyone to play more often across the week! Each player will now automatically receive 5 Flow of Energy Credits* per term. This will be inclusive of Wash Out credits for the term and will allow you to use up to 5 flow of energies per term. Should you wish to join a Flow of Energy once you have exhausted all 5 credits, you can either purchase; - A $50 Flow of Energy pack which allows unlimited Flow of Energies for the term - An additional 1 credit for $15 per Flow of Energy Please note these credits will not accrue and therefore reset each term. *should there be more than 5 washouts for the term (which we hope won’t happen!), then Turbo Tennis will offer one additional credit to the member it has affected.

OUR ARENA RULES You must: Respect other members and coaches Not cause offence or injury to our community Not cause damage to our property, including the Turbo Tennis Arena Cease participating in the event of injury, discomfort or illness Comply with our coaches’ instructions at all times By using the Turbo Arena, you promise to: Respect our facility. Respect our procedures. Respect our teams. Respect our players. Respect our product. CONDUCT Turbo is not traditional tennis - we are social, fun and exciting! Therefore, Turbo is not a serious competitive environment and instead we are all about the rally that brings a smile to everybody's face. We create an environment to unleash your big kid energy amongst friends, have fun and not take life (or tennis) too seriously. Any bad sportsmanship or behaviour is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. This includes, excessive swearing, cheating, hitting balls with intent to hit a player, bullying, not following the rules or arguing with the coach and players. PHOTOGRAPHY PERMISSIONS We love being a community and connecting with each other, so we would love to capture you in these moments. Agreeing to this will provide consent to Turbo for the use of photography and videos. Any minors (below age 18) will be asked for a parents consent, otherwise photos will not be published. I hereby release Turbo Tennis and any of its employees or contractors affiliated with these entities from any liability or responsibility associated with photography. OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (a) We use our Intellectual Property to promote, market and perform the Services and other business activities we may perform. (b) You must not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, license, or otherwise use our Intellectual Property without our prior written consent, which may be withheld by us in our absolute discretion. LIABILITY Limitation of liability - (a)neither party will be liable to the other party under or in connection with these terms and conditions for any Consequential Loss. (b) We will not be liable to you for any Loss incurred due to any act, omission or negligence of any sub-contractor supplying the Services, including any of our sub-contractor instructors.(c) We will not be held responsible or liable to you if any of your personal possessions become lost, stolen or damaged at the court. We recommend you do not leave any valuable personal possessions unattended . (d) If we are found to be liable to you, then our liability will not exceed the Package Fee. (e) You indemnify us against all Claims and Losses (including reasonable legal costs) incurred by us arising out of or in connection with: (i) any death of, or injury to, any person and any loss to the property of any person, caused by an act or omission of you; or (ii) any breach of these terms and conditions by you. You agree that attendance at classes, activities, or other services is solely at your own risk. In no event shall Turbo be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage or any special, exemplary, punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort or otherwise, which arises out of or is any way connected with a user’s attendance or participation in a session, service or appointment made through the site, or the performance or non-performance in connection with the services. HEALTH DISCLAIMER A physical practise with or without the use of props or equipment such as the cones, the green bang, tennis balls, a racket or any other equipment that may be suggested by a Turbo Tennis coach is a strenuous physical activity. You are urged to seek the advice of your doctor or treating practitioner before beginning any physical exercise regime, routine, or program, or using any suggested equipment shown in any video clips on the Service. By agreeing to these terms, you accept that you have no detrimental medical or physical conditions that you are aware of that may prevent you from participating in our Turbo sessions. By using the Service, you represent that you understand that physical exercise involves strenuous physical movement, and that such activity carries the risk of injury whether physical or mental. You understand that is your responsibility to judge your physical and mental capabilities for such activities. You understand that, from time to time, instructors may suggest physical adjustments or use of equipment and it is your sole responsibility to determine if any such suggested adjustment or equipment is appropriate for your level of ability and physical condition.
